- Knowledge of quality standards, regulatory requirements, industrial codes, and customer expectations within the nuclear industry.
- Proficiency in quality analysis methods and tools.
- Dynamic, proactive for driving initiatives and suggesting improvements.
- Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at different levels of the organization.
- Autonomous and accountable.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities
- Quality Management System : - Help maintain Quality Management System procedures. - Support customer qualification activities.
- Continuous Improvement : - Pilote for the Corrective Action process: o Support and monitor implementation in compliance with established procedures. o Lead weekly review committee meetings. o Issue performance and progress reports. o Conduct cause analyses and effectiveness reviews. o Contribute to the execution of internal audits. - Monitor customer satisfaction.- Maintain performance indicators and dashboards.
