Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent project management certification Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in nuclear decommissioning, radioactive waste management, energy, infrastructure, or other regulated industries.
- Demonstrated experience managing mid-sized engineering or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Spanish or Slovak language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time throughout Europe.
- Preffered: Familiarity with European nuclear regulations and decommissioning practices.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of nuclear decommissioning and radioactive waste management projects from planning through execution and close-out.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
- Coordinate diverse engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
- Ensure compliance with nuclear safety regulations, environmental standards, and company quality management systems.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
- Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and change control processes.
- Present project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Support contract management, procurement activities, and commercial negotiations.
- Foster communication with partners across multiple European countries.
- Promote a safety culture and ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ) requirements.
