Required qualifications
- Master's degree in fundamental sciences (physics, applied physics, physical engineering) or engineering. 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Additional training in project management (PMP, PRINCE 2, PMI certification).
- Knowledge of nuclear industry environments and constraints (safety, radiation protection, regulations).
- Understanding of applicable quality requirements: ASN frameworks, ISO standards, traceability requirements.
- Navigate a regulatory environment and document accordingly.
- Proficiency in planning and project management tools: MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
- Develop WBS schedules, Gantt charts, and milestone diagrams.
- Proficiency in resource management, dependencies, and project planning analysis.

- About the role: As a Project Manager you will contribute to our company and monitoring of inspection robotic system developments.
- Being an interface between technical teams, project management, and partners, you will provide clear structuring of activities and ensure their smooth execution throughout the project lifecycle.
- You will report to the Engineering Manager and be located at Mondragon.
- Main Responsibilities: Propose and structure us of robotic system development phases.
- Break down projects into clearly defined work packages and milestones.
- Develop schedules taking into account technical, human, and regulatory constraints.
- Identify project risks; propose mitigation plans.
