Project Manager
About this role
Lead project execution for nuclear reactor services development and maintenance initiatives within Westinghouse's Reactor Services France division. Manage projects from initiation through close-out while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver on safety, quality, cost, and schedule commitments for nuclear facility upgrades and maintenance programs.
Responsibilities
- —Coordinate, manage, and monitor project execution in accordance with Westinghouse project management processes and procedures
- —Identify, assess, mitigate, and manage project risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
- —Lead contract management activities, including compliance monitoring, claims management, and change management
- —Facilitate and lead monthly project review meetings
- —Define and maintain project schedules, resource plans, financial forecasts, and risk registers
- —Coordinate technical expertise and resources to support issue resolution and site execution activities for reactor facilities
- —Support execution of First-of-a-Kind (FOAK) projects on nuclear customer sites
- —Capture, document, and share project lessons learned to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- —Project management experience in a nuclear technical environment
- —Strong focus on safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and business performance
- —Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- —Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders in complex technical projects
