Project Director, Haiyang 5&6

Lead execution of a $400M+ Instrumentation & Control (I&C) system delivery project for two new CAP1000 reactors at Haiyang in China. Direct a team of 150+ employees across engineering, procurement, licensing, and site support phases while managing cross-border delivery, aggressive schedules, and serving as primary client interface.

Lead execution of the Haiyang 5&6 I&C system project—a large-scale (~$400M), multi-year, multi-phase program with cross-border delivery and aggressive schedules

Direct 150+ direct and matrixed delivery personnel in CAP1000 I&C system development, including procurement, assembly, test, and site support activities

Manage client interfaces, negotiate contract terms, align on scope and execution strategy, and oversee work performance against cost, schedule, and scope baselines

Lead development of project supply chain to meet localization requirements while ensuring supplier quality and contractual performance

Provide guidance on licensing, import/export controls, engineering design, and procurement decisions

Develop and implement project management processes to support execution efficiency and regulatory compliance

Collaborate with Commercial and Business Development on contract development and commercial feasibility

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or project management

15+ years of experience in project management of large I&C delivery projects, including procurement, assembly, test, and site support

PMP and/or PgMP certification

High-level proficiency in mega-project management tools, processes, and systems

Proven experience executing multi-billion dollar complex mega-projects

Experience tendering for and negotiating multi-billion dollar contracts

Broad experience with direct hire, hard matrix, and soft matrix organizational structures

Extensive nuclear project safety culture, human performance, and quality management system implementation experience

Experience executing fixed price and cost reimbursable/time and materials contract types

Mobile position based out of Cranberry Township, PA or Wardendale, PA; hybrid work arrangement
