Project Coordinator
About this role
Support Westinghouse's nuclear parts business as a Project Coordinator, managing cost and schedule controls across nuclear energy projects. You'll develop project baselines, monitor cost/schedule performance, and report project metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders from the New Stanton, PA facility.
Responsibilities
- —Initiate and plan project controls including baseline schedule development, resource loading, risk register integration, and project baselines
- —Apply project controls tools (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, SAP, Excel) to optimize project performance and reduce inefficiencies
- —Monitor, track, and control cost and schedule throughout the project lifecycle
- —Support forecast estimation and verify actual progress and expenditures against planned milestones and budgets
- —Analyze schedule and cost data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- —Present project status, deviations, and root causes at project and management reviews
- —Serve as project controls point of contact for internal and external customers
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, or related field; 1+ years of project-related experience; basic knowledge of SAP PS and Microsoft Office
Location
New Stanton, PA facility; on-site 3–4 days per week (hybrid)
