Lead Scheduler role at Westinghouse supporting nuclear energy production and project delivery. Plan and schedule production while providing leadership, mentoring, and technical expertise to the Project Controls team. Report to the Director of Project Controls.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule production schedules using defined processes and supervisory expertise
- Resolve standard and non-standard operational, customer, employee, and technical problems affecting Project Controls/Scheduling effectiveness
- Provide in-depth technical and managerial expertise to improve Project Controls/Scheduling effectiveness
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members
- Coordinate work across Engineering, Supply Chain, and other functional organizations
- Anticipate internal and external business issues and develop solutions aligned with organizational goals
- Act as facilitator and lead cross-functional coordination efforts
