About this role
Lead project controls strategy for Westinghouse's AP1000 reactor portfolio across North America. Oversee cost and schedule baselines, performance monitoring, and resource allocation for new nuclear power plant projects from feasibility studies through execution. Manage day-to-day portfolio performance tracking and support individual Project Directors across multiple concurrent projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain overall portfolio cost and schedule baseline across NA AP1000 projects, monitoring performance on a day-to-day basis
- Support individual AP1000 Project Directors and their Project Controls teams in establishing and tracking project-specific cost and schedule baselines
- Lead cost, schedule, and scope development for AP1000 proposal teams pursuing new reactor opportunities
- Collaborate with functional project controls leadership to ensure adequate expertise and resources are allocated across the NA AP1000 project portfolio
- Develop standardized project controls approaches and implement project-specific processes to enhance execution efficiency and compliance
- Support pre-ESC development projects in cost and schedule baseline creation and performance monitoring
Preferred qualifications
Master's degree in project management or business administration
Location, schedule, and travel
Cranberry Township, PA; hybrid work arrangement with remote flexibility and regular on-site collaboration required.
