About this role
Lead the Change Management program on Westinghouse nuclear projects, ensuring all cost and schedule impacts are identified and incorporated into project controls systems. Oversee the Project Impact Notices (PINs) program and implement trend tracking as an early warning system for scope, quality, cost, and schedule issues affecting nuclear construction and operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of contract changes and their status across the project
- Coordinate with Westinghouse project teams and clients to assess impact of contract changes on project cost and schedule
- Oversee the Project Impact Notices (PINs) program for incorporating changes into Project Controls systems
- Implement and maintain the project Trend Program as an early warning system for scope, quality, cost, and schedule issues
- Lead meetings with senior management and cross-functional project members
- Identify and document project trends by working with project team members
- Maintain and present the Trend Register in regular client meetings
