Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related technical discipline required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as project manager leading and directing low to moderate complexity projects to successful completion (3 years of project management and 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role may be considered) Proven experience leading complex supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, engineering, or operations projects, including business case development, financial management, and benefit realization. improving supplier performance, capacity, quality, operational efficiency, supply continuity, and risk mitigation through strategic and data-driven initiatives.

- Professional certifications such as PMP, APICS/ASCM (CPIM, CSCP), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent.

- The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications, and skills, is estimated to be 103,200 to $129,000 Why Westinghouse?

Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Supply Chain Initiatives Lead projects focused on supply chain resilience, supplier development, capacity growth, and risk reduction.
- Manage project plans, budgets, governance, and stakeholder alignment to deliver business results.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner across Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams to achieve project goals.
- Build stakeholder alignment and drive decision-making in complex, global environments.
- Strengthen Supply Chain Performance Analyze supplier and supply chain performance to improve delivery, quality, capacity, inventory, and cost.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply continuity and operational resilience.
- Manage Risks and Business Continuity Identify and mitigate supplier, quality, capacity, logistics, and operational risks.
- Develop and track risk reduction plans while escalating critical issues as needed.
- Communicate with Leadership Prepare executive updates, dashboards, and governance reviews on project status and performance.
- Present risks, financial impacts, recommendations, and key decisions to support leadership action.
