Principal Project Manager at Westinghouse managing small to medium complexity nuclear new-build and pre-EPC projects and teams of 10–30 people. Support early work contracts and APX business development as customers progress toward financial investment decisions on next-generation nuclear facilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage all project management processes for moderate to high complexity projects or portfolios, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, resources, communications, and partner integration
- Lead medium-sized teams of 10–30 members and oversee team acquisition and resource management per department protocols
- Develop cost estimates, proposals, and offers for pre-EPC early works contracts; author project management plans and baselines per Westinghouse Project Management Requirements (WPMR)
- Develop and maintain risk registers per company standards; interpret contract requirements and manage integrated change control
- Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, clients, regulatory bodies, and project partners
- Close projects by archiving work in financial, scheduling, document management, and resource systems; perform final quality assessment
- Identify improvement opportunities, lessons learned, and risk avoidance strategies for future work

Cranberry Township, PA (Westinghouse global headquarters); hybrid position requiring 2 days per week on-site
