Responsibilities

  • Design, analyze, and evaluate mechanical systems for operating nuclear plants, new reactors (AP1000, eVinci), and fuel fabrication facilities using engineering software
  • Apply ASME and ANSI codes and standards to system design, analysis, and evaluation
  • Resolve technical issues across operating plants, new construction projects, and other nuclear initiatives
  • Develop calculations and design reports per ASME Section III and international codes
  • Lead resolution of complex technical problems and mentor junior engineers
  • Manage work within established scope, budget, and schedule constraints
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities

Preferred qualifications

  • Master of Science degree
  • Power industry or nuclear power plant experience
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and short/long-term assignments
