PPM - Supply Chain
About this role
Manager of Projects Procurement (PPM) for major nuclear energy EPC/EPIC/EPCM projects at Westinghouse. Requires 10+ years of supply chain expertise managing complex procurement strategies, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations. Primary interface between procurement and internal teams (Engineering, Quality, HSE, Project Management) for nuclear-scale capital projects.
Responsibilities
- —Conduct pre- and post-award procurement activities for EPC/EPIC/EPCM nuclear projects
- —Develop sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with financial, quality, and delivery requirements
- —Manage RFx processes, establish pricing/delivery terms, and define commercial conditions
- —Analyze cost elements and develop supplier cost/value optimization strategies
- —Build and maintain key supplier relationships; resolve contract performance issues
- —Ensure commercial compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards
- —Lead procurement program scheduling and represent GSCS PPM in Project Team reviews
- —Manage procurement teams within high-complexity nuclear projects
Qualifications
- —Minimum 10 years of project procurement management experience
- —Experience managing EPIC Project Procurement activities for capital projects
- —Working knowledge of NEC/FIDIC contract regulations
- —Leadership experience managing teams
- —Project management skills
- —Strong communication skills and ability to interact at executive level
- —Advanced spoken and written English

- —Additional language skills (Czech, Romanian, Polish, French, Italian, Spanish)
Location
Springfield, on-site; 10–20% travel within Europe; hybrid arrangement
