Manager of Projects Procurement (PPM) for major nuclear energy EPC/EPIC/EPCM projects at Westinghouse. Requires 10+ years of supply chain expertise managing complex procurement strategies, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations. Primary interface between procurement and internal teams (Engineering, Quality, HSE, Project Management) for nuclear-scale capital projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre- and post-award procurement activities for EPC/EPIC/EPCM nuclear projects
- Develop sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with financial, quality, and delivery requirements
- Manage RFx processes, establish pricing/delivery terms, and define commercial conditions
- Analyze cost elements and develop supplier cost/value optimization strategies
- Build and maintain key supplier relationships; resolve contract performance issues
- Ensure commercial compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards
- Lead procurement program scheduling and represent GSCS PPM in Project Team reviews
- Manage procurement teams within high-complexity nuclear projects
