About this role

Performance Improvement Specialist at Clinton Power Station (Constellation Energy), responsible for implementing and overseeing nuclear performance improvement programs including Corrective Action Program (CAP), self-assessment, benchmarking, human performance initiatives, and INPO compliance activities. Two levels available: E02 (entry) and E03 (senior).

Responsibilities

—Implement performance improvement programs and provide support and oversight
—Review site performance data and identify adverse trends using observations, CAP, self-assessment, benchmarking, OPEX, and performance indicator data
—Support CAP investigations and Issue Review (IR) process
—Manage and track performance indicators
—Coordinate cross-functionally to prepare Management Review Meeting (MRM) packages
—Support Nuclear Safety Review Board (NSRB) and Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) activities including evaluation readiness, scheduling, and course coordination
—Perform emergency response duties and coverage as assigned

Qualifications

E02 Level: Bachelor's degree + 2 years related experience, OR Current/previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license + 2 years experience, OR Associate's degree + 4 years experience, OR High school diploma/GED + 6 years experience. E03 Level: Bachelor's degree + 5 years related experience, OR SRO license + 5 years experience, OR Associate's degree + 7 years experience, OR High school diploma/GED + 9 years experience (plus minimum 2 years exempt-level experience). All candidates must maintain minimum access/unescorted access requirements and pass favorable medical examination per position duties.

Desired

—Previous or current SRO license/certification
