Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in scientific-technical field (Engineering, Physics, or equivalent)
Located in or willing to relocate to Hospitalet de l'Infant (Tarragona) area
Fluent in Spanish and English
Demonstrated pedagogical capacity for training delivery
Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle
Availability for domestic and international Westinghouse projects
About this role
Operation Instructor delivering initial and ongoing training to PWR nuclear power plant personnel at Ascó and Vandellòs II facilities. Teach across classroom, simulator, and on-site plant environments while qualifying as an Operation Instructor for PWR technology during the initial training period.
Responsibilities
Qualify as Operation Instructor for PWR technology plants during initial training period
Participate in all stages of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) process, including analysis and evaluation
Deliver initial and refresher training courses for operations personnel at Ascó and Vandellòs II nuclear facilities
Conduct training in multiple environments: classroom, simulator, and on-site plant locations
Provide operation consulting and technical support for nuclear power generating plants
Preferred qualifications
Master's degree
Experience in Nuclear Technology, Radiological Protection, Operations, or Training
Experience in digital environments, power plant operations, or industrial facilities
Location, schedule, and travel
Hospitalet de l'Infant (Tarragona), Spain. Hybrid work model with flexibility and autonomy. Training conducted across classroom, simulator, and plant sites.
