Operation Instructor Almaraz

Become an Operation Instructor at Almaraz nuclear power plant, a PWR facility. Qualify as an instructor and deliver initial and recurrent training across classroom, simulator, plant floor, and online environments. Provide operational consulting and technical support to plant personnel.

Qualify as an Operation Instructor for PWR technology plants

Participate in all stages of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT), including analysis and evaluation

Deliver initial and recurrent training courses for Almaraz nuclear power plant operations personnel

Conduct training in multiple environments: classroom, plant floor, online, and simulator settings

Perform operational consulting and technical support for electric power generating plants

Collaborate with a team of 20+ instructors with autonomy and constant communication

Bachelor's degree in scientific-technical specialties (Engineering, Physics, or related field)

English level B1.2 minimum

Experience in Nuclear Technology

Experience in Radiological Protection, Operations, or Training

Availability to establish residence in Almaraz or nearby area

Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle

Master's degree

Experience in digital training environments

Experience in power plants or industrial facilities

English level B2 or above

Availability to travel and participate in Westinghouse projects (domestic and international)

Hybrid position based at Almaraz nuclear power plant, Spain. Requires residence in Almaraz or nearby area. Travel may be required for other Westinghouse projects.
