New Plant I&C Project Manager
About this role
Lead instrumentation and control (I&C) project management for AP1000 and AP300 advanced reactor new plant development. Manage complex I&C subsystems, coordinate technical teams and stakeholders, and drive execution of high-stakes nuclear energy initiatives for new plant offers and project execution.
Responsibilities
- —Manage project management processes for high-complexity I&C subsystems supporting new plant offers and project execution
- —Coordinate resource planning activities, schedule status, modifications, and monthly reporting to internal stakeholders
- —Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, resources, and communications across matrix teams
- —Support proposal processes and develop project data in collaboration with Project Engineers, system leads, and managers
- —Provide project updates to internal leadership and new plant project teams
- —Document learning and best practices using the CAP program
- —Support financial planning through accurate tracking and forecasting of spending
- —Cultivate positive relationships with teams and stakeholders to facilitate project completion and identify business growth opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related technical discipline. Strong technical knowledge of collaborative data management, automation, and formatting techniques using Microsoft applications. Experience developing and implementing scope, schedule, and budget plans to successful completion. Familiarity with Project Management Institute (PMI®) Project Management Body of Knowledge. PMI Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification or other approved equivalent project management certification (required within 1 year if not currently held).

Location
Mobile role primarily based in Cranberry Township, PA; Warrendale, PA; and/or New Stanton, PA. Up to 25% travel to customer sites required.
