About this role
Support Westinghouse's commercial nuclear power plant lifecycle services by addressing obsolescence challenges in BOP (Balance of Plant) mechanical and chemical process systems. Develop engineering solutions for component replacement, equivalency evaluation, and commercial grade dedication to maintain system reliability and regulatory compliance across multiple reactor fleets.
Responsibilities
- Prepare engineering documentation, item equivalency evaluations, and commercial grade dedication packages for nuclear components
- Manage material master classifications and resolve procurement engineering holds
- Collaborate with multi-discipline engineering teams to improve nuclear power plant technology capability and lifecycle performance
- Support multiple customer business units and work within project constraints to meet delivery deadlines
