Manager Turbine Support
About this role
Constellation Energy seeks a Manager of Turbine Support to lead turbine generator outage execution projects across multiple nuclear and thermal facilities in Pennsylvania. This role requires deep power generation expertise, strong project management skills, and a commitment to safe, efficient operations. The position involves managing complex refueling outages, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and driving continuous improvement across Clean Energy Centers.
Responsibilities
- —Develop detailed outage plans, identify and assign personnel, and define work scope for turbine generator outages
- —Develop scope, schedule, and budget using life cycle cost management systems
- —Execute refueling outage services with expert technical knowledge and apply standards across assigned Clean Energy Centers
- —Provide primary communication with CEC management and major vendor service organizations
- —Direct project completion and close-out of financial and technical documentation
- —Provide fiscal data and promote fiscal accountability among all project participants
- —Implement standardization of outage processes and procedures across Constellation CECs
- —Reinforce standards, expectations, and Human Performance/Technical Human Performance fundamentals with Outage Planning & Services personnel
- —Lead continuous improvement initiatives and communicate these across project teams
- —Administer coaching, mentoring, and performance management for managers and direct reports
- —Communicate technical, financial, and work progress status to corporate and CEC management at all levels
Qualifications
- —Bachelor's degree with 8 years of power generation experience, OR Associate's degree with 10 years of power generation experience, OR High school diploma/GED with 12 years of power generation experience
- —Demonstrated leadership in a minimum of 3 refueling outages
- —Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, and favorable medical examination/testing in accordance with position duties

- —Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills
Location
50-60% travel required. Positions available at Limerick Generating Station (Pottstown, PA), Crane Clean Energy Center (Middletown, PA), Peach Bottom Nuclear Station (Delta, PA), or Kennett Square, PA.
