About this role
Lead the Operational Technology (OT) function at a Constellation nuclear power station, managing OT personnel and systems to meet station needs and NRC regulatory requirements. This role reports to Engineering and combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic program oversight for critical reactor support systems.
Responsibilities
- —Manage the Operational Technology function and assigned OT personnel to meet station operational needs and regulatory compliance requirements
- —Oversee performance management and professional development of OT staff aligned with site and corporate objectives
- —Provide engineering and technical leadership for short-term and long-term programs impacting reactor operations and station systems
- —Participate in Business Planning, Budget, and Business Performance reviews for assigned staff
- —Serve as senior technical resource for NGG-wide programs and initiatives focused on standardized and enhanced technology systems and processes
Qualifications
- —Bachelor's degree in technical discipline: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology, Cyber Security, or equivalent approved by VP Corporate Engineering
- —Minimum 5 years' experience in technology field (OT, IT, Engineering, or related industry)
- —Minimum 5 years of Commercial Nuclear Power Plant experience
- —Current certification in area of expertise

- —Advanced technical degree or MBA
- —Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
