Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field; 8+ years of supply chain/procurement experience in engineered products; experience leading supplier quality, sourcing, and planning functions; proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred); English proficiency level C1; Italian language proficiency B2 or higher
About this role
Lead supply chain operations at Westinghouse's Monfalcone, Italy facility for nuclear engineered products. Manage procurement resources, supplier performance, capacity planning, and materials delivery supporting reactor component manufacturing and assembly.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct leadership to procurement project managers and supplier performance engineers at the site
- Direct on-site supplier quality engineers and sourcing specialists in matrix relationship
- Act as central connection point between site operational needs and broader supply chain structure
- Manage materials and services cost and budget for all site projects
- Lead capacity planning for materials and services, including forecasting needs and identifying bottlenecks
- Oversee supplier on-time delivery, schedule adherence, production milestones, witness/hold points, inspection readiness, and documentation compliance
- Ensure suppliers are identified and maintained on ASL/QSL as required to support site needs
- Provide linkage between site and corporate supply chain for commodities sourced outside APX structure
- Represent site in planning meetings, program reviews, and supply chain readiness assessments
