About this role
Lead strategic initiatives to develop and execute a global Instrumentation & Control (I&C) expansion model at Westinghouse. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Global Supply Chain and Project Delivery to scale I&C manufacturing capabilities worldwide, reporting to the Sr. Director of Global I&C Production and IV&V.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic activities to develop and execute a global Instrumentation & Control (I&C) expansion model
- Work with cross-functional teams (GICP Production, Global Supply Chain, and Project Delivery) to coordinate expansion efforts
- Establish and track schedule, budget, key deliverables, and metrics to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Perform strategic analyses of upcoming I&C demand and supply capabilities to ensure adequate resources (facility space, labor, equipment)
- Develop detailed capacity modification plans and implementation cost models to address expansion efforts
- Support WEC and GIC Transformation Initiatives and other business improvement activities
- Provide leadership throughout execution of strategic changes or consolidation as approved by Westinghouse leadership
Location, schedule, and travel
Warrendale, PA; on-site 2–3 days per week; varying amounts of domestic and international travel required
