About this role
Lead Westinghouse's Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Field Services organization across the Americas. Manage engineering and technician teams supporting nuclear facility field service projects, digital modernization initiatives, and equipment installations. Drive business development, customer relationships, and financial performance while maintaining safety and radiation protection standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead I&C Field Services group, preparing for and executing field projects at customer nuclear sites as contracted
- Manage resources, equipment, training, mobilization, and project execution across the Americas region
- Support proposal development to secure contracts with significant profit margins and revenue growth targets
- Provide leadership and oversight for projects executed by field project managers and job leads
- Manage contract changes with operations/delivery team support; analyze requirements and develop project-specific deliverables
- Ensure margin-as-delivered meets product-specific financial objectives and resource utilization targets
- Identify unmet customer needs through market channels and direct customer interaction; execute innovation projects to address them
- Develop strategic focus promoting culture aligned with safety, customer service, and radiation protection practices
- Provide accurate financial forecasting and succession planning within organization
Preferred qualifications
Background in I&C Basic Services and digital upgrades; nuclear industry field service experience preferred.
Location, schedule, and travel
Hybrid position based at New Stanton facility, 2–3 days in office per week, up to 30% travel required for customer and sales visits.
