About this role
Lead global sourcing and commercial management for engineered equipment and valves supporting Westinghouse's APX advanced nuclear projects. Shape supply chain strategies, manage supplier relationships, and mitigate risks across complex international supply chains for next-generation nuclear technology.
Responsibilities
- Create category and sourcing strategies that improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), mitigate supply chain risk, and ensure long-term supply continuity
- Lead bidder identification, supplier qualifications, RFx activities, bid evaluations, supplier selection, and award recommendations
- Lead strategic supplier relationship management (SRM) programs with global suppliers; promote performance improvements through executive business reviews and scorecards
- Identify and address commercial, operational, geopolitical, capacity, quality, and delivery risks
- Build, mentor, and lead a commercial sourcing team focused on innovation and continuous improvement
- Develop global sourcing strategies for complex engineered equipment modules, materials, and services supporting APX projects
- Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering, project management, quality, and operations teams across the globe
