Responsibilities
- Coordinate operations of all power-generating equipment including reactor(s), reactor plant support systems, secondary plant systems, pumps, electrical breaker connections, main turbines, generators, and auxiliary equipment
- Develop, coordinate, implement and administer nontechnical nuclear plant support activities such as fitness for duty (FFD) program, document control, and facilities management
- Lead project teams to achieve outage milestones and objectives
- Anticipate internal and external business challenges and regulatory issues
- Recommend process, product and service improvements
- Solve unique and complex problems with broad business impact
