Supervise the Fix-It-Now (FIN) Team at a Constellation nuclear facility to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance operations in compliance with nuclear regulatory requirements and company policies. This role leads maintenance team performance at Constellation, the nation's largest producer of clean energy including nuclear power plants.

Responsibilities

—Supervise and provide guidance to FIN Team Planner and work crews
—Design and implement policies and procedures for the FIN Team maintenance operations
—Consult with Work Week Manager, Shift Supervisors, and Field Supervisors on significant problems and operational support needs
—Approve return of work that could not be completed by the FIN Team via Work Week Management process
—Conduct annual performance reviews of FIN Team members and manage work order backlog
—Support emergency response, departmental coverage, and outage activities as directed

Qualifications

—Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related nuclear facility maintenance experience, OR Current/Previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of related experience, OR Associate's degree with 7 years of related nuclear maintenance experience, OR High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related nuclear facility experience
—Maintain minimum access or unescorted access requirements as applicable
—Favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
