Maint Program Specialist

Constellation is seeking a Maintenance Program Specialist to develop, implement, and manage maintenance programs at Dresden Nuclear Power Station (two-unit BWR facility in Morris, IL). This role coordinates core maintenance functions including inspection readiness, corrective action program support, performance indicator tracking, and knowledge transfer oversight. The position provides analytical and business support to the Maintenance Department, including budget development, workforce planning, contract management, and participation in nuclear regulatory committees (Maintenance Rule Expert Panel, Plant Operating Review Committee, Surveillance Frequency Change Program). The role includes emergency response organization duties and outage support.

Coordinate completion of department core functions including inspection readiness, performance indicator generation, website updates, Knowledge Transfer and Retention (KT&R) oversight, and Plan of the Day material generation

Perform analyst functions including support of Corrective Action Program (CAP), self-assessments, benchmarking, Work Group Evaluations, and formal investigations

Maintain department Performance Improvement Action Plans (PIAPs) and track completion of department actions

Support Clean Energy Center committees including New Work Screening Committee, Maintenance Rule Expert Panel, Plant Operating Review Committee (PORC), Surveillance Frequency Change Program, and Cyber Security Assessment Team

Perform business analyst functions including contract management, budget development and tracking, forecasting, and workforce planning support

Provide oversight of contract personnel and support special projects as assigned

Serve in duty team and Emergency Response Organization (ERO) roles as needed

Support outage activities and departmental coverage as directed

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Ability to obtain and maintain nuclear security clearance

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
