About this role

Lead planning and oversight of installation projects at Braidwood Nuclear Station's Clean Energy Center. This Task Manager role provides direct oversight of supplemental workforce activities, vendor coordination, and ensures accountability to Technical Specifications and nuclear procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

—Develop and oversee installation plans from initiation through closeout for Clean Energy Center modifications
—Function as Task Manager overseeing supplemental workforce work activities and field coordination
—Coordinate vendor activities, develop project estimates, schedules, and monitor adherence to plans
—Hold field work coordination meetings and facilitate cross-departmental communication
—Monitor schedule adherence and cost tracking; reinforce and monitor safety performance of supplemental workers
—Capture performance data in Supplier Financial Management System (FMS)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience, OR current/previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of related experience, OR Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience, OR High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience. Must maintain minimum access or unescorted access requirements as applicable. Must pass favorable medical examination and/or testing per position duties.

Desired

Project Management experience with construction projects; financial/budget management experience; ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs; fluent use of electronic work management systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
