Required qualifications
- IT Solutions Engineer / Analyst II | Palo Verde Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field PLUS two (2) years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience OR (for positions in IT Digital Solutions Delivery) an advanced degree in Data Science, Data/Quantitative/Business Analytics or Economics, Mathematics or Engineering with a focus in Data Science is required Requires basic technical subject matter knowledge within a job area or system Preferred Special Skills, Knowledge or Qualifications Knowledge of programming languages; database management systems; development platforms: Experience with full stack development, including modern web frameworks, server-side technologies, and RES Tful services.
- Proficiency with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, query optimization, and schema design. with frameworks commonly used for web application development.
- Skills in understanding and explaining moderately technical issues and solutions in non-technical terms; working effectively in teams and across organizations; balancing and prioritizing between multiple work streams; collaborating with colleagues and teams in different fields across a diverse organization; solving moderate problems in own area of work Nuclear Requirements Any PVNGS employee may be called upon to serve as a member of the Emergency Response Organization (ERO) and will be expected to fulfill their obligation as an ERO member.

Location, schedule, and travel
Hybrid Role: Employees in hybrid roles will work both in their home offices and alongside their colleagues at an APS facility or other work location for meaningful in person engagement.
