About this role
Support Westinghouse's Global Training team in developing advanced training solutions for nuclear power plant personnel. This 6-month paid internship offers hands-on experience in training design, simulation, and technical support for nuclear energy facilities.
Responsibilities
- —Develop advanced training materials for nuclear power plant personnel
- —Design training simulations for reactor operations and technical systems
- —Review and refine training content for accuracy and effectiveness
- —Support project management initiatives within the Training team
- —Utilize advanced training tools and platforms
- —Provide technical support to power plant operations and Operation Consulting functions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or energy; B2 level English proficiency
Desired
Experience with digital content creation tools (Articulate 360, PowerPoint, VideoScribe); proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Planner, Yammer); experience with mechanical or electrical components; nuclear technology background; prior exposure to power plants or industrial facilities
Location
San Sebastián de los Reyes, Spain; hybrid work schedule (remote and in-office); 6-month program starting September
