Infrastructure Finance Program Manager
About this role
Senior strategic finance professional overseeing lifecycle asset management and financial evaluation of large-scale nuclear energy infrastructure investments. This role integrates financial analysis across project development, treasury, engineering, and operations to maximize long-term enterprise value.
Responsibilities
- —Lead development, review, and refinement of business cases supporting major nuclear infrastructure investments using NPV, IRR, payback, and other financial methodologies
- —Assess project economics under multiple operating, market, regulatory, and financing scenarios; identify value drivers, risks, assumptions, and sensitivities
- —Serve as primary Treasury & Strategic Finance representative supporting major infrastructure project teams and coordinate financial inputs between departments
- —Align project assumptions with corporate funding strategies, liquidity planning, debt management, and capital allocation objectives
- —Lead financial coordination throughout project development, execution, commissioning, and operational phases; establish governance processes integrating financial oversight
- —Develop financial frameworks supporting lifecycle asset management; evaluate long-term asset performance, maintenance strategies, and capital reinvestment decisions
- —Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models; perform sensitivity analyses, stress testing, and scenario evaluations
- —Assess market, regulatory, operational, construction, financing, and economic risks affecting project outcomes
- —Support enterprise capital planning and evaluate portfolio-level performance and optimization opportunities
- —Establish financial governance standards; develop policies, methodologies, and procedures for business case development and capital evaluation
- —Prepare executive presentations, investment memoranda, dashboards, and strategic decision-support materials
- —Monitor industry trends, energy market developments, and benchmark asset performance against industry standards
- —Participate on Emergency Response team (ERO) when designated and support biennial refueling outages when designated
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with technical emphasis in accounting, finance, economics, business operations/industrial management, data analytics, or related technical field with 8+ years progressive finance experience; OR Associate's degree in project management/business with 10+ years technical field experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience
