Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, or Nuclear). Minimum 5 years of nuclear or related engineering experience. Must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 Standard requirements for nuclear power plant personnel selection, qualification, and training. Must maintain minimum access or unescorted access requirements and pass favorable medical examination per position duties.

Senior electrical engineer supporting nuclear plant operations. Responsible for developing and implementing engineering analyses, resolving critical equipment and system problems, and ensuring compliance with nuclear industry codes and NRC regulations. This role requires deep technical expertise to support safe and reliable facility operations, including emergency response and outage support.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and implement engineering analyses, activities, and programs supporting nuclear plant systems
- Identify and resolve equipment and system problems through technical expertise and consultation
- Manage engineering issues ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of deliverables
- Perform engineering tasks applying industry principles with proper configuration management
- Conduct independent research, reviews, studies, and analyses in support of technical projects
- Recommend equipment upgrades, design improvements, and regulatory compliance solutions
- Support emergency response, outage activities, and on-call coverage as needed
Preferred qualifications
Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification. Ability to work on-site full-time and reside within 1 hour of facility.
Location, schedule, and travel
On-site full-time; must live within 1 hour of facility. Constellation operates multiple nuclear stations across the US.
