About this role
Constellation, the nation's largest producer of clean and reliable energy, seeks Engineers to support nuclear plant operations and modernization. Entry-level and mid-level positions performing engineering analysis, safety compliance, and technical support under supervision to ensure safe, reliable fleet operations across Constellation's nuclear facilities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all engineering products comply with applicable safety analyses, industry codes (ASME, IEEE), and NRC regulatory requirements
- Perform engineering and technical tasks including design reviews, calculations, technical specifications, and documentation under supervision
- Support core engineering functions: reactor physics analysis, thermal-hydraulics, structural integrity, electrical systems, or instrumentation & control as assigned
- Participate in emergency response, departmental coverage, outage activities, and on-call support as directed by management
Preferred qualifications
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or PE license
- Experience with nuclear licensing and NRC oversight
Location, schedule, and travel
Onsite at Constellation nuclear facilities. Position includes emergency response availability and outage support requiring potential work beyond standard shift hours.
