- Meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 standards for selection, qualification, and training of nuclear power plant personnel

- Pass medical examination per position duties
About this role
Entry-level electrical engineering role at a Constellation nuclear plant supporting reactor operations and maintenance under direct supervision. Perform engineering analyses, design reviews, and technical tasks in compliance with safety analyses, NRC regulations, and industry codes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all engineering products comply with applicable safety analyses, industry codes (ASME, IEEE), and 10 CFR 50 regulatory requirements
- Perform electrical engineering and technical analyses as assigned by supervision
- Support engineering work functions including design reviews, calculations, and documentation
- Respond to emergency situations, provide on-call duty coverage, and support planned outages
Preferred qualifications
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or pursuing Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
- Full-time on-site availability
- Residence within 1 hour of facility
Location, schedule, and travel
On-site full time; must live within 1 hour of facility; includes emergency response and on-call duties
