About this role
Support the Senior Component Delivery Manager on nuclear component manufacturing projects at Westinghouse. Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and risks to ensure scope, cost, quality, and safety objectives are met for nuclear reactor components in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- —Manage project teams with focus on safety, quality, costs, and on-time delivery of nuclear components
- —Control and manage project costs, risks, and opportunities to ensure profitability
- —Support cost estimations before order acquisition and control execution within assigned budget
- —Monitor and expedite daily/monthly project progress against goals set by Senior CDM
- —Develop and control project schedules in collaboration with planners, managing planning, float, and resource loads
- —Support Sr CDM in assessing scope changes and recognizing cost and schedule impacts
- —Monitor contingencies based on assessed risks and opportunities
Qualifications
- —Bachelor's degree (any major, including Engineering)
- —2 to 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- —Fluency in English language (B1/intermediate level minimum)
- —Experience making decisions and working in a technical environment
Location
100% onsite at Monfalcone, Italy; limited flexible working arrangements available.
