Responsibilities

- Job Duties/Responsibilities Respond to and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide leadership and training to line and service personnel.
- Champion safe work practices and insure compliance to Company Safety Rules.
- Work to insure network goals and objectives are met or exceeded.
- Be able to manage all SO/SR/WR's in DIS/DSS.
- Organize work and manage multiple task and inputs simultaneously.
- Work with others and maintain a positive attitude in extreme working conditions.
- Must have a strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and accuracy in order to direct construction/repair crews safely and to construct/restore electric system efficiently.
- Assist in Network operations, storm restorations, and operation of AM/FM and directing of contract crews.
