About this role
Responsible for execution of reactor turbine generator project teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities consistent with Constellation goals. Implements standardization of outage processes and procedures across assigned Constellation Clean Energy Centers (CECs).
Responsibilities
- and Accountabilities Perform development of detailed plans, identification and assignment of personnel, and development of detailed work scope.
- Develop scope schedule and budget with the life cycle cost management system.
- Apply expert knowledge in execution of refueling outage services at assigned CEC.
- Provide primary communication with client CEC management and major vendor service organization.
- Direct project completion and close out of financial and technical documentation.
- Provide fiscal data and promote fiscal accountability among all project participants Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and promoting these improvement initiatives among all project participants at CECs.
- Responsible to effectively communicate technical, financial, and work progress status to all levels of corporate and CEC management.
- Reinforce appropriate fundamental behaviors in area of assigned responsibility.
- Includes administering coaching, mentoring, and performance management for managers and employees and Accountabilities Perform development of detailed plans, identification and assignment of personnel, and development of detailed work scope.
