Responsibilities
- Manage performance and development of 15–20 direct reports; hire, train, and develop engineering resources
- Establish and maintain a culture prioritizing safety and quality in all team operations
- Evaluate project resource demand, develop hiring plans, and meet labor rate goals
- Ensure consistency in software development processes across Plant Computer and annunciator system products
- Lead resolution of emergent customer issues and closure of corrective actions
- Drive product and process improvement initiatives, cost savings projects, and develop cost estimates for new projects
Preferred qualifications
Experience in the nuclear industry.
Location, schedule, and travel
Hybrid, based in Warrendale, PA facility. No relocation assistance available.
