About this role
Lead technical execution of nuclear reactor maintenance and special projects across France, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Manage field teams, serve as primary technical contact for clients, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
Responsibilities
- —Assume full technical responsibility for site personnel and supervise field teams through project launch, organization, and execution
- —Serve as primary technical point of contact with clients, responding to requests within contractual framework
- —Optimize technical, contractual, and economic performance of interventions
- —Ensure compliance with Westinghouse contractual and internal requirements and enforce standards across teams
- —Provide clients with technical advice and expertise related to maintenance interventions
- —Prepare activities aligned with site preparation milestones including work packages, planning, and resource allocation
- —Express and manage logistical needs required for site operations
- —Ensure compliance with safety and radiological protection rules across all activities
- —Evaluate personnel performance and report attendance data to Site Manager/Project Manager
- —Provide technical support and coaching to team members
- —Manage relations with client representatives regarding logistics, access, safety, hygiene, and security
- —Ensure traceability of all actions and events related to activities
- —Report deviations in quality, safety, radiological protection, or security
- —Manage equipment installation, teardown, and refurbishment phases
- —Deliver training within area of expertise
- —Participate in process improvements, development, testing, and qualification
Qualifications
- —Minimum 5 years of field operations experience in TV inspection, mechanical activities, piping, or NDT
- —Technical expertise in at least one of: mechanics, electrotechnics, electronics, or NDE
- —Knowledge of the nuclear industry
- —Fluent in English and French
- —Strong team management and coaching skills
- —Interface management and client relationship skills
- —Strong writing, synthesis, and communication abilities
- —Rigor and sense of responsibility
- —Organizational skills, autonomy, and anticipation
