Site Access Aministrator
About this role
Westinghouse seeks an Access Administrator to manage unescorted access procedures, personnel documentation, and regulatory compliance for nuclear power plants across European locations and international projects. Responsibilities include background screening coordination, access certification, training program management, and on-site logistical support for ELA OMS operations.
Responsibilities
- —Improve and ensure compliance of access procedures with regulatory and site requirements
- —Prepare and maintain access documentation for all personnel, including background checks and screenings
- —Coordinate with customer access, security departments, and authorities
- —Register, track, and issue required certificates and documentation
- —Plan and manage training programs to meet legal and site-specific requirements
- —Ensure valid health and fitness-for-work certificates for all resources
- —Support project execution at nuclear sites through documentation, coordination, and logistical assistance
Qualifications
Several years of administrative experience; fluent English (spoken and written); ability to write clear formal documentation; efficient and structured work approach; strong task prioritization and time management; proficiency in digital tools; capability to work in global teams.
Desired
Additional language skills (Swedish, German, French, or Spanish); capability to suggest improvements and contribute to process development.
Location
Multiple Westinghouse European locations; international project-based work with nuclear site support.
