Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Minimum 10 years of relevant Project Controls and/or project scheduling experience. Experience with complex projects and leadership roles.
About this role
Lead complex project scheduling for Westinghouse nuclear energy projects. Provide technical expertise, mentoring, and strategic guidance to Project Controls teams at the Rock Hill facility, reporting to the Director of Project Excellence.
Responsibilities
- Serve as organizational expert in Project Controls and scheduling for complex, high-impact nuclear projects
- Lead development, integration, and oversight of advanced production and project schedules
- Apply expert-level technical and business knowledge to resolve complex scheduling, operational, and execution challenges
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to schedulers and cross-functional teams; act as facilitator and trusted advisor
- Work across departments to support strategic and operational objectives aligned with business and regulatory requirements
- Anticipate internal and external business and regulatory challenges; recommend process, system, or product improvements
- Manage resource requirements and align scheduling plans with broader business and operational needs
- Identify risks and potential problems; develop solutions aligned with organizational goals
- Support leadership decision-making and business planning activities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices
