About this role
Operations Manager at Westinghouse Electric Company responsible for managing on-site nuclear service delivery projects. You will oversee resource planning, site operations, safety/regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple nuclear facility projects (CNPE), directly impacting project profitability and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement multi-year resource plans for on-site personnel and equipment; deliver integrated resource plans within your domain
- Provide competent and certified human resources in compliance with client and Westinghouse requirements
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on Westinghouse nuclear sites
- Prepare and execute on-site interventions in compliance with contractual requirements (timeline, costs, safety, security, quality)
- Provide integrated supply plan for materials and services; implement cost-efficiency actions through procurement and logistics
- Establish and maintain business relationships with nuclear plants (CNPE), central ordering bodies, and qualified subcontractors
- Define and implement improvements to training, operational practices, and maintenance for increased efficiency
- Ensure feedback from activities and implement appropriate actions to improve intervention quality and equipment reliability
- Ensure overall profitability of project portfolio and proper resource utilization
