Project Controls Schedule Manager- Any SNC Site
About this role
Enterprise-level project controls leader establishing scheduling standards, governance, and oversight across Southern Nuclear's fleet capital projects. Provides independent schedule assurance and portfolio-level confidence in delivery commitments across multiple nuclear sites.
Responsibilities
- —Establish and maintain SNC fleet scheduling standards, policies, and governance requirements
- —Define mandatory requirements for schedule maturity, baseline readiness, and change thresholds
- —Serve as functional authority for scheduling expectations across Fleet Projects
- —Provide independent schedule assurance for PRC, CPRC, and executive leadership forums
- —Review and challenge baselines, recovery plans, and milestone changes
- —Escalate systemic and portfolio-level schedule risks with recommendations
- —Monitor fleet-level performance trends and define schedule KPIs
- —Drive improvements in milestone predictability and delivery confidence
- —Partner with PMO, Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline. Extensive experience in project controls scheduling for capital projects in regulated or high-reliability environments. Demonstrated experience influencing outcomes across multiple projects, sites, or portfolios.
Desired
Advanced degree or professional certification (PMP, PMI-SP, PSP, CCP).

Multiple Southern Nuclear Company sites (fleet-wide role)
