Lead production operations at Westinghouse's nuclear fuel fabrication plant in Västerås, Sweden. Manage a production unit manufacturing nuclear fuel assemblies and control rods for global customers. Drive safety, quality, production volume, and continuous improvement in a high-tech manufacturing environment undergoing digital transformation.

Lead daily operations of the production unit with full responsibility for personnel and occupational health & safety

Drive performance toward targets in safety, quality, production volume, cost, staffing, and continuous improvement

Lead operational steering and report key performance metrics to Operations Manager

Manage administrative duties and participate in cross-functional management meetings
