Lead daily operations of the production unit with full responsibility for personnel and occupational health & safety

Drive performance toward targets in safety, quality, production volume, cost, staffing, and continuous improvement

Lead operational steering and report key performance metrics to Operations Manager

Own team staffing, training, and coaching-based leadership development

Manage administrative duties and participate in cross-functional management meetings

Production leadership experience with personnel responsibility in manufacturing, or strong supervisory leadership in comparable role

Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)

Demonstrated leadership aligned with safety, quality, integrity, and credibility

Strong commitment to employee development and operational advancement

Lean manufacturing experience
