Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 7+ years of power plant/industrial experience in maintenance, operations, or project work, OR technology-specific/business-related degree plus 5+ years equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of power plant operations/maintenance experience
- Excellent oral, written, and computer skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to build effective teams

Process Owner at a nuclear power plant responsible for daily operations oversight, plant staff management, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Lead team of analysts and schedulers while driving continuous improvement initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Foster and champion a safety-oriented culture across the plant
- Meet OSG process requirements and monitor performance for efficiency and safety
- Ensure all applicable regulatory requirements are followed
- Oversee, lead, and direct plant process staff including analysts and planner/schedulers
- Lead by example and coach, mentor, and develop direct and indirect reports
- Act as change agent to improve morale and staff engagement
- Lead plant efforts to meet stakeholder expectations and foster communication
- Establish and maintain an inclusive work environment

Onsite in Jackson, Mississippi; up to 25% travel
