Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent AND 7+ years of power plant/industrial experience in maintenance, operations, or project work; OR
- Technology-specific or business-related degree AND 5+ years equivalent work experience in maintenance, operations, or project work
- Excellent oral, written, and computer skills
- Ability to build strong teams through leadership and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Foster and champion a safety-oriented culture across the plant
- Champion strategic vision and direction of the organization
- Meet OSG process requirements and monitor performance for efficiency and safety while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Oversee, lead, and direct plant process staff including analysts and planner/schedulers
- Lead by example and coach, mentor, and develop direct and indirect reports to exceed individual and company goals
- Act as a change agent for the plant, driving daily initiatives to improve morale and staff engagement
- Lead plant efforts to ensure stakeholder expectations are met and foster improved stakeholder communication
- Establish and maintain an inclusive work environment
- Serve as the voice of the department with regular communication and updates
