Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business-related discipline; 10+ years of related experience including working knowledge of business operations; experience influencing and coordinating activities across multiple organizations and international business units; ability to make effective business decisions balancing customer requests with product line capabilities; experience negotiating with customers.
About this role
Lead fuel contract management for Westinghouse's Asia Fuel Delivery organization, overseeing a team of contract managers to deliver nuclear fuel contracts on schedule while achieving revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, and order targets. Manage customer relationships across multiple international business units and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and account teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage nuclear fuel customer relationships and coordinate with internal teams (Account Teams, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations) to ensure contracts meet organizational standards for Safety, Quality, and On-Time In-Full With Compliance (OTIFWC)
- Lead fuel offer input process for contract extension opportunities, including defining contractual changes, product offerings, cost development, and pricing recommendations
- Provide fuel customer demand input and contractual information to business planning and Global SIOP processes to establish business plan goals
- Manage contract invoicing process to ensure on-time and accurate invoices while achieving cash flow goals
- Provide leadership to Fuel Contract Manager team to ensure execution of fuel contracts to organizational standards
- Support account teams in contract negotiations and new product development implementation
Preferred qualifications
Master's degree; nuclear industry environment experience
Location, schedule, and travel
Columbia, SC; requires travel throughout the US and Asia.
