Outage SiteCoordinator
About this role
3-month contract position as Outage Site Coordinator supporting Westinghouse field service operations during nuclear plant outages in Korea. Coordinate site logistics, manage regulatory documentation, process personnel access and exposure reports, and provide administrative support to Westinghouse staff and subcontractors. Initial training in Manning, SC.
Responsibilities
- —Receive, process, and compile outage management documents into approval requests, schedules, personnel exposure reports, and data files
- —Coordinate and monitor in-processing for all Westinghouse staff and designated subcontractors at site
- —Maintain and log all correspondence and paperwork related to site operations, Westinghouse, subcontractors, and NRC compliance
- —Coordinate access authorization requests with Westinghouse Access Programs group and manage escorted access for site visits
- —Collect daily Observation cards, scan for database upload, and create distribution reports
- —Maintain fatigue management procedures in compliance with NRC 10 CFR 26 regulations and run verification reports
- —Provide administrative support including IT assistance, personnel escorting, shipment coordination, and supply ordering
Qualifications
- —1 year of experience in a nuclear plant or similar role
- —High school diploma, GED, or recognized equivalent
- —Ability to obtain and maintain Unescorted Access status at nuclear facilities
- —Valid US Passport
- —Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen

- —Ability to travel internationally
Location
Manning, SC (training); deployed to Korea. 3-month contract. International travel required.
