- Full Name Date of Assignment January 2027 Position and title Onshore APM (Assistant Project Manager) for Dukovany 5&6 Project - Korea Rank/Classification Report to Onshore Project Manager - Korea [Position Summary] APM (Assistant Project Manager)-Korea will assist the Onshore Project Manager (Onshore PM) in serving as the primary interface between Korean customers and Westinghouse global project teams, facilitating technical, commercial, and project-related coordination and communications.
- This position assists in the successful execution of nuclear power plant projects by coordinating customer interactions, supporting the resolution of technical and contractual issues, managing onshore activities, and helping ensure alignment between customer expectations and Westinghouse objectives. [Key Responsibilities] 1.
- Project and Administrative Support Provide direct support to the Onshore PM in day-to-day project execution, customer coordination, reporting, and issue management.
- Prepare project status reports, meeting minutes, action item tracking, and customer correspondence as directed by the Onshore PM.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow up on commitments to ensure timely closure of action items.
- Act on behalf of the Onshore PM when specifically delegated and authorized. 2.
- Technical Liaison & Customer Interface Assist the Onshore PM in coordinating technical communications between Korean customers and Westinghouse engineering and project teams.
- Monitor and facilitate customer reviews of Westinghouse technical documents and deliverables.
- Coordinate the resolution of customer comments and technical inquiries to support project schedules.
- Communicate customer concerns, technical issues, and recommendations to offshore project teams.
Preferred qualifications
- Experiences Experience in supporting Project Managers on large-scale nuclear power plant projects.
