Responsibilities
- & Responsibilities Develops, delivers and improves assigned training courses, supporting materials and instructor/student evaluations using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) Revises instructional materials to reflect changes in plant design, current plant practices, regulations, and/or operating philosophies Provides direction and coaches less-experienced instructors Serves as the training program lead to ensure all elements of assigned instruction comply with company standards, NRC regulations, INPO accreditation criteria, and other codes, standards and regulatory requirements Performs other job-related duties as assigned
